Overdue Books and Fines
|
- Patrons' borrowing privileges are suspended once
fines exceed $50.00.
- Overdue fines are
$5.00 per week, except for DVD's and
Textbooks, which are $1.00 a day.
- Fines stop accruing upon the return of overdue
books.
- Overdue book and fine notices are generally sent
out once a week. Smith Library sends these out as a courtesy, but the patron
is responsible for knowing when his or her books are due back.
