About: Academic Search Premier via NCLive is a multidisciplinary coverage of journal literature, including biological sciences, economics, communications, computer sciences, engineering, language and linguistics, arts and literature, medical sciences and women's studies. Provides citations and abstracts for nearly 8035 scholarly journals (3630 peer-reviewed), as well as over 4515 full-text titles. In addition to basic keyword searching options, users also may choose from a natural language search, an advanced search, and browseable and searchable indexes of subject headings and journal titles. Truncation: [*]. (To use truncation, enter the root of a search term and replace the ending with a truncation symbol. The search engine will then finds all forms of that word. For example, type comput* to find the words computer or computing).

Wildcard: [?]. (The wildcard helps when the spelling of a word is incomplete. To use the wildcard, enter your search terms and replace each unknown character with the appropriate wildcard symbol.
