  • Call us -- To ask a librarian a question you can call us at 336-841-9101 most weekdays from 8 am until 10:00 pm. On the weekends you may also reach a librarian at that number. If no one answers just try the Circulation Desk number at 841-9102.

  • Email us a question to Library Reference Services at [reference@highpoint.edu] and tell us a bit of what you are trying to find. We will email you back or you can also leave a phone number.

  • If you like, you can fill out a form and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Off-campus access to Smith Library Resources

Students and faculty at High Point University have access to the resources on the Electronic Resource List from any computer at the library, on campus, at Madison Park, and from off-campus.
 

Choose a source that you want to use as found on the Electronic Resource List or from Journal Finder. Click on the resource and when prompted type in your university Email username and your password. This will pass you through to the product. Unless you close your web window you may choose other products as you return to the Electronic Resources list without re-entering the username and password.
